We learnt what synonyms were:
and used a website called Kid Thesaurus to find out words with similar meanings.
We tried our hand on creating a word cloud using Mentimeter. We did not get very far as the children were also learning how to type and use the two websites as well.
I will be working with them on synonyms as it will expand their vocabulary and help them in their writing as well. There is no written homework this weekend, but the kids can try this quizizz for their revision: Click here for Quizizz
Also, I would like to encourage all parents to allow your child to read more on MyOn.sg as well as complete the tasks on SLS.
