Dear parents,
You would have noticed that the kids brought back their report book today, and in it there is information on your child's progress for the various subjects. Each subject would have various learning outcomes and your child's level of achievement. There are 4 different levels:
Beginning (lowest level)
Developing
Competent
Accomplished (highest level)
For personal qualities, they are based on the school values and how well he/she is observed to have demonstrated them.
On the final slip, we would like parents to sign to indicate that you have seen the report.
