Revision: Past Tense and Present Tense + Irregular Verbs

Dear parents,

I fell sick last Friday and got tested positive for covid. Still positive today but I'm hoping I would recover soon to get back to school. Despite my absence, I have prepared some materials for the relief teacher to cover so that lessons continue as usual.

For today's lesson, I got the teacher to go through past and present tense with them again, and they attempted this quiz:

The kids can try it at home to see if they are able to get full marks for it. Concepts they need to know:

- Identifying keywords that tell them if the sentence is in the past or present (words like last night, just now, today).

- For present tense verbs, they need to identify if the subject is singular or plural. Singular subjects need to have singular verbs (adding 's' at the end of the verb).

The kids have done mainly regular verbs, I will be introducing irregular verbs the next few days.

Stay safe and healthy!
