PAL

I took the class for first half of the PAL lesson on Friday, and we learnt about some traditional games that Singaporean kids played in the past (and now):

It may seem all rosy in the photos because I chose to put up the nicer photos. In reality, I had kids arguing over wins and losses, kids crying because their classmates didn't give them their turn, kids upset because they felt their classmates were noisy and so on.

Boy was I tired. 😅

PAL lessons are meant to be as such, where the kids learn about self-management, relationship management, teamwork and so on.

As the kids get more time to interact with one another, there are bound to be disagreements due to the clash of ideals, as everyone has different expectations coming from different backgrounds and having diiferent experiences. I hope the kids will learn quickly to work together to resolve problems, and grow into wholesome kids. 💗
