Usually on Fridays I would get some of the kids to share what they were reading. I forgot to take a photo of one of them, but all 3 did a great job trying, though still quite a bit to go. If your child is interested to share and you have time to spare with them, you can get them to practise at home first 😄 I observed that the kids really enjoyed standing in front of the class 😂
Special mention to Lorene who did a really good job talking about her book, she said she enjoyed the book as it had "interesting characters", and moved on to tell the class about their names and what they did in the story. Loved how she used words like that to describe the book.
Thank you parents for helping to choose wonderful books for your child. It helps a lot when they enjoy what they are reading. 💗
