Class Dictated Story: Making a pair of Binoculars (A personal recount)

 

Making A Pair of Binoculars

           Last week, Mrs Soh asked us to make our own pair of binoculars with our parents at home.  We watched a video and followed the instructions.

            First, we took two toilet rolls and stapled them together.

           Next, we decorated the toilet rolls. Some of us used paint, while some of us wrapped them with aluminium foil or coloured paper.

            Then, we taped a string to the sides of the toilet rolls.

             Finally, we added more decorations like stickers and colourful pompoms.

            We were proud of our binoculars because we worked hard on them.
