We announced who the leaders are in class today, and not everyone got a position with a badge. We talked about what disappointment is and watched a video about it:
We learnt that we do not give up and continue to work on being good, so that perhaps one day we would be recognised to be a leader. I feel that the kids understood about it, as they clapped and congratulated the ones who received their badges. Although a couple of them were really feeling down. 😞
The leaders of our class will be on probation from now on, and if they cannot set a good example for the class, they will be removed from their position.
I will update more afterwards on some of the holiday homework!
