The highlight of the day is that our class got to go to the computer lab to learn how to log in to the school laptops, and using the application, Paint. The kids learnt basic keyboard skills and practised using the mouse as well.
There will be 5 other sessions for us, spread out over a few weeks.
We also had photo-taking today. It's individual shots that would be merged together to form one class photo. For those who were absent today, they will take it next Tuesday.
We also had our first assembly in the hall, and the kids learnt about the levels of behaviour. The kids were also informed of a Lockdown Drill that's happening in 2 weeks' time, where they learn how to keep themselves safe when an intruder were to come to our school.
P/s Some kids got really worried about this, so if they were to share that they were scared etc, please help to assure them that the chances of it happening is low, but it's always good to be prepared so that we know how to protect ourselves.
